At this school, there is a yearly event known as the "Goddess General Election" to decide the academy's top heroine—the "Muse." The protagonist, Jun, is in love with his childhood friend Aiba Tsugumi, who was last year's reigning champion.

While Jun is plotting a way to get back at Tsugumi for rejecting him, his gloomy classmate, Takahina Uzura, approaches him with a surprising request: "I want to enter the Goddess Election, too"...?!
